You know that thing you’ve been carrying around all day and you just love wearing?
It’s your Dad hat.
But as the seasons go on and kids grow up, dads get to have a bit more control over their appearance, which means the Dad Hat might be getting a bit less.
A new campaign by designer Dad Hat creator and blogger Jaden, featuring two dads, will begin airing on Disney Channel’s channel in the UK on March 6.
It’s titled Dad Hat: The Future of Dads and it stars actor Mark Wahlberg, actor and TV presenter Sam Neill, and model Jena Malone.
Jaden has been working with Disney to get his Dad Hat campaign on the channel, so it looks like the project is headed in the right direction.
“It’s a little bit of a new direction for us, but it’s a really cool way to make dads feel like they’re in control of their look and to let us see what they’re wearing,” Jaden said.
The campaign features two dads in a traditional dad hat.
The first wears a brown and grey pair of trousers, with a pair of trainers.
He wears a bow tie, a pair the other wears.
Then there’s Jaden’s dad, who wears a white shirt and black trousers, and a black tie.
